Overview

The city of Lexington, Mo. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2009 edition.
• The International Residential Code, 2009 edition.
• The International Existing Building Code, 2009 edition.
• The International Property Maintenance Code, 2009 edition.

Residential Building Code

Lexington adopted the 2009 IRC, locally. Note that adoptions usually come with amendments. So, it is important to review those amendments in addition to the unamended model code.
